Vandercar Holdings Inc., the developer of Oakley Station, went before Colerain Township's Zoning Commission Tuesday night for an informal concept review of a redevelopment plan that would bring a 135,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace to the northwest corner of Colerain Avenue and Springdale Road, across the street from Northgate Mall and catty-corner from the existing Kroger store on Colerain Avenue. "We are confident that a new Kroger Marketplace at this location will be a tremendous benefit and amenity for the community," Steve Dragon , vice president with Oakley-based Vandercar Holdings, wrote in a letter to Geoffrey Milz , Colerain Township's director of building, planning and zoning.
