Though the wireless spectrum is vast, it’s still limited in its availability. Carrier aggregation is a technique that uses two or more bands at the same time to combine spectrum and increase data throughput, giving smartphone users a better data experience. Skyworks recently released two new antenna switches for use in carrier aggregation applications.
