Antioch suspected squatter caught, held at gunpoint by real estate agent

A former sheriff's deputy and current real estate agent who has a permit to carry a concealed handgun was able to detain a man suspected of squatting at one of his homes, police said. When police arrived and found the squatter, identified as Gary Duarte, 43, they cited and released him.
