Apogee posts stronger-than-expected results

Apogee Enterprises Inc. on Wednesday reported a bigger-than-expected increase in earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter, driven by double-digit sales growth in three of its four segments. Shares added 6.4% to $48.56 in recent after-hours trading and are up 47% over the past 12 months through Wednesday's close.
