April Hill Park Launches Indiegogo Campaign

The Friends of April Hill Park and Portland Parks & Recreation are moving forward with a project that will protect the park's wetland while creating safer access to nature for park visitors. The project, which was originally outlined in the park's 2010 Habitat Management and Trail Plan, would include a boardwalk, two bridges across Woods Creek, a viewing platform large enough to accommodate a class, and a new soft surface trail to enhance neighborhood pedestrian connectivity.
