Featuring fully automatic, self-contained design with 4 x 8 x 8 ft footprint, Model AVD 300 is suitable for complex and intricate machined or stamped parts that require very high standards of cleanliness, surface finish, and drying. Dozens of high-volume jets penetrate and saturate workload at over 100 gpm, while full rotation of workload at 2–10 rpm exposes all surfaces. After rinse cycle, high-velocity blow dryer raises temperatures to 250°F to dry all faces of components.
