Step 2, Formula 702 Wave Shine, consists of pH-balanced foam cleanser/protectant formulated to produce high-lustre shine. Surface reactive silicones in step 3, Formula 703 Wave Seal Foam Protectant, bond to vehicle surfaces to produce shine as well as reduce adhesion of dust on vehicle surfaces.
