A rendering shows how a the former Western Container building in the Minneapolis North Loop will look when it is remodeled to become the headquarters of Arctic Cat. The maker of all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles is relocating its headquarters from Plymouth to a larger building in Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood in an effort to prepare for future growth, officials announced Tuesday.
