For those living in the most traffic congested cities in the US, lost time due to congestion took a whole working week or vacation time out of your schedule. The national average was 38 hours lost and the number went up to 42 hours behind the wheel in the top traffic metro areas. Traffic information and services provider Inrix released its 2012 Traffic Scorecard.
