Are land values stable?

A recent report from Farmers National Company says that land values are stable, and due to increased farm income, didn't see the expected downturn. We'd like to know how your land values are holding out on your good farmland. Are they holding steady? Did they go down? Did they increase? Take the poll and let us know.
