The already crowded and competitive grocery store market in Southeastern Wisconsin will likely become an even fiercer battle after the recent merger of Kroger Co. and the Milwaukee-based Roundy's Inc. Perhaps nowhere is that battle more evident than in Waukesha, where a Walmart Supercenter opened in 2010, a Woodman's Food Market opened in 2013 and a Meijer store will open in 2016 in a city that already has three Pick 'n Save locations, two Sentry stores and an Aldi.
