Arredondo wins primary, faces independent in Lorain council president election

Democratic City Council President Joel Arredondo will face independent candidate Harry Williamson in November to hold onto his Council seat. Arredondo defeated Terrance Bivins 1,747 to 1,035, or roughly 63 percent to 37 percent, according to unofficial election results.
