For users new to CNC machining, ArtCAM Express 2015 offers 2D drawing, over 600 pieces of relief clipart, and 2D and standard 3D machining functions, as well as tools to speed up editing of vectors. Movement of relief clipart and vectors has been made more accurate with ability to specify exact distance to be moved. Ability to create and edit text has been extended so that text can be written in 3D view. In addition, software can identify all vectors created in one direction automatically.
