As FCC ponders Net neutrality change, consumer awareness grows

President Obama this week called on the Federal Communications Commission to implement a strict policy of Net neutrality and to oppose content providers in restricting bandwith to customers. A funny thing happened to some Netflix streaming-video subscribers earlier this year.
