Asian stocks were mostly higher Thursday on upbeat corporate earnings and rising Chinese factory output after the chairwoman of the U.S. Federal Reserve said it will be patient about increasing interest rates. KEEPING SCORE: Japan's Nikkei 225 rose 0.6 percent to 18,688.32 while Hong Kong's Hang Seng added 0.4 percent to 24,873.92.
