000 ABNT20 KNHC 082342 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Sun Jul 8 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Chris, located more than one hundred miles south of the North Carolina Outer Banks. The National Hurricane Center is also issuing advisories on the remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl, located near the Lesser Antilles.
