808 ABNT20 KNHC 132310 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Mon Aug 13 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: A broad non-tropical area of low pressure located a little more than 600 miles south-southeast of Cape Race, Newfoundland, continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are forecast to become a little more conducive for some tropical or subtropical development by Wednesday.
