689 ABNT20 KNHC 040516 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Tue Sep 4 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Florence, located over the eastern Atlantic Ocean and on Tropical Storm Gordon, located over the eastern Gulf of Mexico. A tropical wave located a few hundred miles south-southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands continues to produce a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
