214 ABNT20 KNHC 142304 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Fri Sep 14 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Florence, located inland in extreme eastern South Carolina, on Tropical Storm Helene, located over the northeastern Atlantic Ocean, on Tropical Storm Isaac, located in the eastern Caribbean Sea, and on Tropical Storm Joyce, located about 1000 miles west-southwest of the Azores. The elongated area of low pressure which was previously located near the coasts of Texas and northeastern Mexico has moved inland, and development of this system is no longer anticipated.
