381 ABNT20 KNHC 152302 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Sat Sep 15 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Florence, located inland over eastern South Carolina, on Tropical Storm Helene, located near the western Azores, and on Tropical Storm Joyce, located about 800 miles west-southwest of the Azores. A broad area of low pressure associated with the remnants of Isaac is located a couple of hundred miles southeast of Kingston Jamaica. This low is accompanied by cloudiness and a few thunderstorms, and although the system shows some slight organization, it is heading westward toward a hostile environment for re-development.
