000 ABNT20 KNHC 110528 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Thu Oct 11 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Michael, located over south-central Georgia, on Hurricane Leslie, located over the east-central Atlantic Ocean, and on Tropical Storm Nadine, located over the eastern tropical Atlantic Ocean. A broad area of low pressure is expected to develop over the west-central Caribbean Sea in a day or two.
