000 ABNT20 KNHC 131747 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Sat Jul 13 2019 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Barry, located over extreme southern Louisiana. A tropical wave located about midway between the Cabo Verde Islands and the Windward Islands is producing intermittent disorganized showers.
