000 ABNT20 KNHC 292309 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Tue Oct 29 2019 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: Shower and thunderstorm activity associated with a non-tropical gale-force low pressure area located several hundred miles west-northwest of the Azores remains limited. This system is forecast to move southwestward and southward over slightly warmer waters, and it could acquire some subtropical characteristics during the next day or so. Environmental conditions are expected to become unfavorable for any further development by Thursday night when the low is forecast to move back over colder waters.
