686 ABNT20 KNHC 312355 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Fri Jul 31 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Isaias, located over the central Bahamas, and on newly developed Tropical Depression Ten, located over the far eastern Atlantic between Africa and the Cabo Verde Islands. A westward-moving tropical wave located about 700 miles east of the Lesser Antilles continues to produce a few disorganized showers.
