000 ABNT20 KNHC 160523 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Mon Aug 16 2021 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Fred, located over the east-central Gulf of Mexico, on Tropical Depression Grace, located about 80 miles south of the Dominican Republic, and on newly formed Tropical Depression Eight, located a little over 100 miles east-northeast of Bermuda.
