000 ABNT20 KNHC 181726 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Wed Aug 18 2021 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Hurricane Grace, located over the northwestern Caribbean Sea, and on Tropical Storm Henri, located a couple of hundred miles southwest of Bermuda. The Weather Prediction Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical Cyclone Fred, located inland over Pennsylvania.
