000 ABNT20 KNHC 182335 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Wed Aug 18 2021 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Grace, located over the northwestern Caribbean Sea, and on Tropical Storm Henri, located about 250 miles southwest of Bermuda. The Weather Prediction Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical Cyclone Fred, located inland over Pennsylvania.
