000 ABNT20 KNHC 191142 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 AM EDT Thu Aug 19 2021 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Grace, located inland over the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, and on Tropical Storm Henri, located several hundred miles southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The Weather Prediction Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical Cyclone Fred, located inland over central New York.
