Telegraph: A change in the North Atlantic current could lead to the end of soggy British summers, researchers have claimed. Recent studies of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), a major warm current in the North Atlantic Ocean, have shown that it slowed down by up to 15 per cent in the past decade.
