Atlas Copco AB , a provider of sustainable productivity solutions, on Wednesday announced that at its annual General Meeting, held on 28 April 2015 and chaired by Hans Straberg, chair of the board of directors, the income statements and the balance sheets of the parent company and the group were approved, together with the board's proposal for profit distribution. Also, the proposed dividend of SEK6 per share to be paid in two equal instalments of SEK3 was approved.
