BusinessGreen: Concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere have hit another record high, according to the latest update from the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO). The Geneva-based organisation's annual Greenhouse Gas Bulletin confirms average carbon dioxide concentrations reached 393.1 parts per million (ppm) in 2012, an increase of 2.2ppm compared to 2011, which is above the average annual increase for the past decade of 2.02ppm a year.
