The operators of Newton Audi and Newton Volkswagen are facing hefty fines for alleged violations of state laws and related regulations. The state Attorney General's office and Division of Consumer Affairs filed a lawsuit in state Superior Court accusing JDN AA LLC, operators of the two car dealerships with a shared location, of violating the Consumer Fraud Act, Used Car Lemon Law and regulations pertaining to vehicle sales.
