Supplied in 128-pin TQFP128L package with 1.2 mm max profile, LC823430TA supports recording and playback in portable MP3 audio applications. Flash memory interfaces, such as SD/MMC and USB 2.0 device interface, are embedded along with DSP that also provides noise cancellation. Other features include variable speed playback function and embedded analog circuitry, which provides speaker and microphone amplifier and PGA with digital auto level control.
