Aust bonds modestly lower in quiet trade

The biggest development of the day has been Moody's downgrade of Western Australia's credit rating to AA2 from AA1, Commonwealth Bank of Australia fixed income quantitative strategist Philip Brown said. Elsewhere, stronger job advertisement data may have also played a part in the bond market's minor move lower, Mr Brown said.
