Austin jazz and blues club seeks investors to stay open

The Brass House, a downtown jazz and blues club located near the Four Seasons Hotel , is searching for deep-pocketed donors or possibly investors to help cover $25,000 in overdue rent or else close by the end of the week. The Austin club opened a crowdfunding campaign in June to raise $50,000 to cover business expenses it has fallen behind on during the summer slowdown in the bar and hospitality industry.
