Austin's commercial real estate market is strong, but nationally it's lost a little of its luster, according to the 2014 Coldwell Banker Commercial Market Comparison Report. Last fall Austin was ranked near the top for commercial real estate investment in the Urban Land Institute's annual "Emerging Trends in Real Estate" report, but the latest data from Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates suggests other cities left Austin in the dust during 2014.
