Australian Broadcasting Corporation: MARK COLVIN: Two days of climate talks in Washington have wrapped up with the lead negotiator for the US acknowledging that Australia's government has a 'somewhat different perspective' on managing climate change. But special envoy Todd Stern says Australia continues to play a "fair and constructive" role on the international scene.
