AutoNation's CEO Jackson on target with bullish U.S. auto market forecast -- again

Could U.S. sales of new cars and light trucks top 17 million in 2015? AutoNation's Jackson thinks so. Jackson, the chief executive at the country's largest auto retailer, predicted last year that total U.S. sales of new cars and light trucks would reach about 16.5 million for 2014, a total that Kelly Blue Book and other analysts saw as too ambitious.
