Featuring millisecond measurement speed, programmable multi-location functionality, and pass/fail compatibility, Automated Reflectometer Systems are intended for measuring isolated first surface reflectance of thin film coatings on flat panel and touchscreen display glass, optical filters, lens coatings, and anti-reflection (AR) coatings. Elimination of backside interference allows non-destructive, single-sided inspection on display glass and polished, transmissive elements as thin as 0.5 mm.
