Integrated directly into WALTER machines without increasing their footprint or restricting working envelope, WALTER Top Loader reduces tool loading time during grinding operations. Features include swiveling arm with single gripper, and operation relies upon 2 standard WALTER robot pallets: one for blanks and one for finished tools. With setup completed automatically through electrical teaching routing, pallets can be loaded with up to 500 tools. Changeover takes 27 sec.
