Offered in 16, 32, and 64 Mb densities, SST26VF SQI (Serial Quad I/O) Flash devices operate at Automotive Grade 2 and 3. Operating voltage ranges down to 2.3 V, and devices are capable of operating in temperatures up to 105°C. SuperFlash® technology promotes performance and reliability while also minimizing power consumption to 15 mA (typ) in high-speed operating conditions for high-bandwidth, compact designs.
