Along with 100 MHz to 6 GHz range, PE423422 features 73.5 dBm IIP3 linearity and ESD ratings of 1 kV HBM on all pins, 200V MM on all pins, and 1kV CDM on all pins. Accommodating 50 MHz to 3 GHz range, PE423641 features 68 dBm IIP3 linearity and ESD ratings of 2 kV HBM on all pins, 100V MM on all pins, and 1 kV CDM on all pins.
