UltraCMOS® PE423422 (SPDT) and PE423641 (SP4T) are AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certified and designed for automotive infotainment and traffic safety applications. Along with 100 MHz to 6 GHz range, PE423422 features 73.5 dBm IIP3 linearity and ESD ratings of 1 kV HBM on all pins, 200V MM on all pins, and 1kV CDM on all pins. Accommodating 50 MHz to 3 GHz range, PE423641 features 68 dBm IIP3 linearity and ESD ratings of 2 kV HBM on all pins, 100V MM on all pins, and 1 kV CDM on all pins.
