Housed in 3.1 x 3.75 x 0.5 mm QFN package, 2-chip Oslon Black Flat LED utilizes UX:3 chip technology to produce over 500 lm at 1 A. Special sealing technology, together with ceramic phosphor converter, enables uniform light distribution as well as good contrast on roads. As surface mountable component, LED is attached to circuit board and processed as part of soldering operations. Device is suitable for all headlight functions, such as low/high beams, fog lamps, and daytime running lights.
