Based on multilayer varistor technology, radial leaded TransGuard® Automotive Series Varistors provide bidirectional transient voltage protection in on-state and EMI/RFI attenuation in off-state. AEC-Q200-qualified units are available in 4 working voltages of 14, 18, 26, and 48 V; 4 clamping voltages of 60, 67, 100, and 150 V; and 3 energy ratings of 0.1, 0.4, and 2.0 J.
