HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for an Avionic System Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Avionic System Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will be working in the OnOrbit Avionic Subsystems section with the following responsibilities Analysis of customer requirements and assessment of technical and financial consequences Design specification of productscomponentssystems according to ECSS standards and customer guidelines Development of technical concepts Definition of validation approach Preparation of technical analyses and budgets Definition of interfaces and analyses of interdependencies internalexternal Technical coordination and monitoring of interfaces as well as external suppliers Verification of subsystems w.r.t. technical requirements, functionality, reliability and processes Preparation of technical documentation, e.g. development and test plans, descriptions, verification documents etc. Technical meetings and reviews with customers andor subcontractors Definition of and participation in qualification and verification tests Analysis and assessment of test results. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in electronics or a relevant engineering discipline Experience in Avionics System Engineering Profound knowledge of embedded systems, bus systems and processors Experience in developing digital and analog electronics Experience with spacespecific processes advantageous Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
