Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has won an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract, worth Rs4.2bn ($69m), from Tehri Hydro Development Corporation (THDCIL) for a 444MW hydropower project in the state of Uttarakhand, India.
