BIO applauded Representatives Robert Hurt (R-VA) and Terri Sewell (D-AL) for introducing Small Company Disclosure Simplification Act, which reforms existing eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) compliance regime to reduce regulatory burden on small businesses.
