BIO urges Governor Hickenlooper to sign critical legislation.

BIO and Colorado BioScience Association call upon Governor Hickenlooper to sign legislation to create pathway for substitution of interchangeable biologic medicines. Senate Bill 71 includes transparent communication on all biologic medicines dispensed in order to maintain consistent and complete medical record. It seeks to properly preserve patient access to accurate prescription information, maintains incentives for innovation, and promotes competitive market for biologic therapies.
