LEE >> The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission and a Boston-based consultant view the proposed $70 million Eagle Mill redevelopment project as a catalyst to mill reuse efforts along the Housatonic River. BRPC and The Cecil Group support the proposal of Mill Renaissance, LLC, led by principal developer Jeffrey N. Cohen of Great Barrington, for converting the 200-year-old former paper manufacturing plant into a combination of commercial and residential uses.
