BSP approves $436m JICA loan for Metro Manila rail transit expansion

The Monetary Board, the policy-making body of BSP, has approved a $436m loan from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to expand the Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) Lines 1 and 2 in The Philippines.
